NUCLEIC ACID PURIFICATION

At the heart of our development efforts to produce a Nucleic Acid Workstation (Lysix™) is a unique micro purification card (MPC). This plastic disposable device is designed for high flow rates and results in extremely rapid isolation and purification of nucleic acids. Capture of the highly purified nucleic acids occurs at the pipette tip thereby ensuring elution in low volumes, while maintaining high yields. Plastic injection molding manufacturing ensures a cost effective alternative to the more common and laborious spin column technologies ensuring extremely reproducible results, even in the hands of multiple users.
